Ladies Meeting: Life with Menopause - Southern Cape

For many ladies, menopause and perimenopause can be an uncertain and challenging season to navigate. Against this background, we are inviting a panel of ladies (including a medical expert, psychologist, nutritionist as well as ladies who will share from their own experience) to facilitate a conversation around menopause. The purpose is to help inform, educate and give (practical, spiritual, etc) tools that will equip and empower ladies, and bring them into greater freedom to talk about this season of life.

Given the sensitive nature of the content to be discussed, the event is restricted to ladies from ages 18+.

Kindly note there will be no kids facilities available and this is an "in person" event.
