Im sitting here grabbing the computer for a few minutes just to tell you all that we are having the most amazing time in SP. It's one of those things you can't explain when God's presence just overwhelms you in the simplest of things and all you can say is 'thank you'!! We've been busy exploring the city (which is MASSIVE - 18 milllion people) and hanging out with the local church family here- they have been beyond amazing to us 'gringos' (foreigners) and a knitting of hearts far beyond our wildest dreams has begun to happen...
Tonight was our first night at Berakot church where we came together and started to share on what church means to us, what family is and what our roles are (some of us team guys and girls spoke for a few mins each), after that dad (Will) got up and preached an intro word for the weekend ahead on breaking into God's destiny for our lives - it was a time full of laughter and full of tears as we all sat under God's word together - we left expectant and even more excited for the weekend ahead - we know God is going to do amazing things!
Last night we split into 2 groups and went to home groups around the city, the one my group went to was with Carlos (Henrique's dad), it was AMAZING, a tiny group of guys (1 year old church plant where God used us to bring exact confirmation into what God had told them would come! What a privilege to be the confirmation to these precious people!
That's all Im going to say for now, I know the other bloggers will be bringing there news too, but guys keep praying for us, the 4 churches here and this appointed time here - God is on the move and we are loving being with Him and the Brazil family here!! Brigada Jesus- voce e sempre fiel!
